ABSTRACT
This article presents the approval process of trams in accordance with the requirements of Polish law, in particular resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 28.05.2013. on the approval of trams and trolleybuses type (O. J. of 2015. item 38 consolidated text) with taking into consideration the environmental aspect. The aim of this article is introduction the approval process of trams.
